About FHSAA
Founded in 1920 and headquartered in Gainesville, the Florida High School Athletic Association is the official governing body for interscholastic athletics in Florida. In addition to supervising and regulating interscholastic athletic programs in over 30 sports, the organization also recognizes and honors academic achievement among student-athletes at 787 member middle, junior and senior high schools statewide.
